Job description:

  • Communication support:

Adapt and send K+ channels' weekly highlight content materials to partners

Send K+ channels weekly schedule to partners

Send 3rd party channels monthly highlight contents to partners

Monitor daily communication on all available platforms of partners and collect into one monthly report

  • Business support:

Monitor daily sales statistics and send weekly report to the team

Financial control with partners: monthly reconciliation and follow up with payment

  • Team administrative support: 

Payment request, business trip request, business fee claim; document management (contracts & amendments, letters to/from partners)

 

Requirements:

  • Senior students major in Economics, Trade, Business Administration...

  • Good in English

  • Good communication skills

  • Hard working, willing to learn
