As a P&G Sales Intern, you´ll directly take meaningful and impacting responsibilities as of Day 1. You will be in charge for maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with your customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives.

You'll be part of a customer team in which trust, team spirit, real passion for winning and leadership are very important. Your manager will also be able to provide coaching and help you wherever needed, which will ensure a fast-learning pace.

Your role as a Sales Intern

  • Responsibilities as of Day 1 – you will feel the ownership of real-life Sales project from the beginning, across different channels including GT, MT, Ecom or Market Strategy & Planning. You will also acquire an in-depth understanding of your shoppers, categories and market
  • Continuous coaching & mentoring– you will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager and stakeholders.
  • Dynamic and respectful work environment – employees are at the core; we value every individual and encourage initiatives promoting agility and work/life balance

Job Qualifications

  • Second or Third year university students, who are available to work full-time from July – Sep 2024
  • Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude
  • Excellent visionary, strategic, and strong leadership skills, with strong communication skills and analytical thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and drive innovation and business growth
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ready to relocate nationally
