Job Description:
- Handle the logistics fulfillment according to company procedure.
- Consistently implement the company's processes/procedures/systems as coached and assigned by Team Leader.
- Effectively cooperate with different stakeholders both internally and externally for seamless daily operations and overall service improvements.
- Ensure all bookings, passenger details, logistic information, internal notes, and supplier notes updated on reservations system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide support relating to reservations of accommodation, air ticket, train ticket, suppliers, restaurants, all services including in the package (except transportation and tour guides).
- Ensure all details of assigned jobs are processed correctly as guidelines.
- Double check and avoid mistake as processing service bookings.
- Ensure 24/7 supports on the ground for client’s complaints and incidents.
Job Requirement:
- Final year students or fresh graduate.
- Fluent in English language.
- Travel industry course and/or experience within travel industry is a preference.
- Technology and working with software/ web applications are plus.
- Be able to work full time.
