Mô tả công việc
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure the efficient delivery of food.
- Before delivering the food to the customers, check the orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Deliver the food to the correct table or customer promptly to ensure that the food is served hot and fresh.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, accommodating any special requests or needs they may have.
- Assist servers and other staff members as needed, such as refilling drinks or clearing tables.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to provide excellent service to customers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 6 months working in F&B/ Hospitality
- English communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Flexible work hours
