- Job description:

  • Extract data, make analytical reports on the performance of OTT products by day/week/month

  • Conduct market research by gathering market information on OTT trends, competitor business activities, and customer information

  • Collect and gather customer/user feedback about the company's products & services through different channels such as App Store, Contact Center, Digital media, ...) 

  • Prepare/process product related documents including training documents, manuals, product specification, user manual, user interface design and related updates other officials 

  • Test product features & make reports in every stage - Other duties as required by the department


- Requirements:

  • Final year students, can participate in a full-time internship 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point
  • Good English (Read & Write) 
  • Research skills 
  • Good data thinking and analysis skills
  • Eager to learn and willing to follow instructions 
  • Attentive and proactive
