Extract data, make analytical reports on the performance of OTT products by day/week/month

Conduct market research by gathering market information on OTT trends, competitor business activities, and customer information

Collect and gather customer/user feedback about the company's products & services through different channels such as App Store, Contact Center, Digital media, ...)

Prepare/process product related documents including training documents, manuals, product specification, user manual, user interface design and related updates other officials

Test product features & make reports in every stage - Other duties as required by the department
- Requirements:
- Final year students, can participate in a full-time internship
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point
- Good English (Read & Write)
- Research skills
- Good data thinking and analysis skills
- Eager to learn and willing to follow instructions
- Attentive and proactive
