Job description:

  • Prepare the forms and follow the creation, lock of retailer code, CGA code, CGA & COD+ accounts for commercial team;

  • Input data, create/cancel/edit account information of retailer on E voucher system. Support retailer if required.

  • Update daily/weekly sales report and send to the sales team

  • Support to do and follow the stamp for deliver order and update the deliver order information if required.

  • Support the sending and filling of retailers contracts

  • Prepare and sending Official Retailer Certificate to retailers.

  • Other task as required (sending EMS, separate data file,…)


Requirements:

  • University student with major in Commercial, Trade, Marketing…

  • Careful, hard working
