Mục đích công việc:
Hỗ trợ nhóm tư vấn nhập liệu và tìm kiếm hồ sơ phù hợp theo các tiêu chí tuyển dụng thông qua các kênh tuyển dụng sẵn có trên thị trường.
Trách nhiệm và Công việc:
- Hỗ trợ nhóm tư vấn nhập liệu thông tin ứng viên cần thiết
- Hỗ trợ lọc và tìm kiếm hồ sơ phù hợp theo các tiêu chí tuyển dụng theo yêu cầu thông qua các kênh tuyển dụng
- Gọi điện thoại trao đổi sơ bộ với ứng viên tiềm năng (theo hướng dẫn hoặc yêu cầu của quản lý cấp trên)
-Yêu cầu:
- Các bạn sinh viên năm 3, năm 4 có kỹ năng sử dụng máy tính thành thạo, có yêu thích đối với ngành tư vấn nhân sự
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có giao tiếp Tiếng Anh là một lợi thế
- Có thể sắp xếp thời gian làm việc hiệu quả
- Quyền lợi:
- Thu nhập lương từ 2,5 – 3tr/tháng (cam kết)
- Hưởng bonus/incentives theo hiệu suất công việc (cam kết): 500k/cv thành công
- Đánh giá xét lương theo hiệu suất công việc
- Được ký hợp đồng chính thức với công ty ngay sau khi tốt nghiệp (dựa theo kết quả làm việc và đánh giá)
- Được cung cấp công cụ làm việc theo chính sách của Công ty
