- Contacting Potential or Existing Customers:
Use scripted communication to inform customers about our products or services.
Answer any questions they may have about our offerings.
Understanding Customer Requirements:
Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs.
Tailor your approach to close sales effectively.
Collaboration with the Business Development Team.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
Support BD team for quotation, customer's following up, Joint sale visit,
Data Management:
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Process orders accurately.
Customer Relations:
Handle grievances professionally to maintain the company’s reputation.
Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
Other Assignment from Part Leader
- Bachelor Degree, preferred in Logistics/supply chain, economics or related fields.
Fresher is acceptable.
Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Successful track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
Familiarity with relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Ability to learn about our products and services and effectively describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
