  • Contacting Potential or Existing Customers:
  • Use scripted communication to inform customers about our products or services.

  • Answer any questions they may have about our offerings.

  • Understanding Customer Requirements:

  • Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs.

  • Tailor your approach to close sales effectively.

  • Collaboration with the Business Development Team.

  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.

  • Support BD team for quotation, customer's following up, Joint sale visit, 

  • Data Management:

  • Enter and update customer information in the database.

  • Process orders accurately.

  • Customer Relations:

  • Handle grievances professionally to maintain the company’s reputation.

  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.

  • Other Assignment from Part Leader


  • Bachelor Degree, preferred in Logistics/supply chain, economics or related fields.
  • Fresher is acceptable.

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.

  • Successful track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.

  • Familiarity with relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.

  • Ability to learn about our products and services and effectively describe/explain them to prospects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

  • Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
