Searching for suitable candidates by using internal resources and social networks (Facebook & LinkedIn)

Arranging interviews between candidates and consultants
-
Calling candidates list to check candidates' update status and introduce/email suitable jobs to the candidates
-
Other supporting tasks assigned by the team manager
* This position will be promoted to a consultant as a career path
- Requirement:
・ Gender: Any
・ Age: under 26
・ Language: English Business Level
・ Experience:
- Have experience (part-time or full-time) in searching candidates (internal recruiter, IT agency, recruitment agency) and want to
become a recruitment consultant (have sales target & KPI target)
- Have experience in Sales and want to work in recruitment consulting fields
Preferable skills: Japanese skills
Preferable personality:
- Good communication skills
- Quick learner
