RCE Sales Leadership Program -Season 2

This is a 2-month Leadership Training Program (05/09~04/11). After the Training session, you will get a chance to be transited to a full-time member.

Requirements

Your profile could be a good fit if it meets the following requirements:

• 3rd or 4th year students or graduated students who can work fulltime
• Communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Understand that today's pressure and challenges are the premise for you to develop in the future and turn it into a motivation to become better every day.
• Passionate about developing career in Sales/Marketing position

Application process

• Step 1 (~15/8): Send a CV in which describes what motivates you to join RCE’s Sales Leadership Program
• Step 2 (10/8~20/8): Online sales Assessment Test in 70 minutes
• Step 3 (15/8~28/8): Offline Interview (2 rounds)
• Step 4 (30/8): Announcement
