Purchasing Specialist

1. Analyze and develop monthly promotional programs

2. Analyze sales, gross profit, margin, and inventory to recommend improvement actions

3. Analyze and plan product import:

• Analyze sales figures from recent months, the approved new showroom opening plan in combination with promotions to develop an order plan and propose approval
• Update and monitor inventory, sales, and outstanding orders to adjust the order plan accordingly and propose PO approval
• Update and inform the sales department of the expected arrival time of goods within the month to enable the sales department to advise customers
• Analyze sales figures, planned promotions for the coming months, new showroom opening plans, new product introduction plans, and sales commitment contracts with suppliers to develop order plans for the quarters of the year for approval and submit to suppliers so that they can plan their raw material imports

4. Negotiate and sign contracts with suppliers:

• Conduct data analysis, develop a methodology, and propose contract terms for each supplier
• Execute contracts, contract appendices, and relevant agreements between the company and each supplier

5. Update, propose, and coordinate with accounting on monthly supplier accounts payable:

• Update and inform the sales department of the expected arrival time of goods within the month to enable the sales department to advise customers
• Update, monitor, and propose payments to suppliers in accordance with the company's business situation and the monthly goods arrival plan to ensure business operations
• Hand over and monitor the status of contracts with each supplier to the accounting department

6. Develop and analyze new product features

7. Develop display and promotion plans

8. Place the first order

9. Develop a product launch plan and finalize product launch information

Requirements:

- University degree in Economics or related fields

- Minimum 02 years of experience in similar positions

- Proficient in retail purchasing procedures and import-export contract terms

- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Import experience is a plus

- Excellent communication skills

- Careful, enthusiastic, and responsible

- Ability to handle high work pressure and meet deadlines

- Good English proficiency for work purposes
