What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential suppliers or distributors in Europe and the UK for trending or in-demand products.
- Support negotiation and communication with suppliers to secure the best pricing, MOQs, and timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of supplier communication, quotes, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Track order progress, flag risks, and assist in communication between suppliers and purchasing teams.
- Support cold outreach and discovery of new sourcing channels.
Who We're Looking For
- Must have strong English skills.
- Comfortable using Google Document & Sheets (filters, basic formulas, templates) and cloud-based tools (Google Drive).
- Organized and consistent in documenting conversations and decisions
- Critical thinker who enjoys evaluating supplier responses, pricing, and timelines.
- Independent and proactive in following up, problem-solving, and escalating delays.
- Team player who communicates clearly and keeps things moving without needing close supervision.
