MARKETING INTERN

MARKETING INTERN 

As a Marketing Intern for Flowerstore.vn, you will be responsible for assisting management of marketing operations under the supervision of a marketing manager. Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

- WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

● Make sure up-to-date adjustment for all website variables including assortment, price, company information and homepage layout 

● Retouch product image and write product description based on company guidelines and Input on website

● Follow marketing calendar closely to update website’s information accordingly (promotional banners, product discounts, new products launching, etc.)

● Work directly with IT department for any web issues, and updates

● Assist in analysing data to learn how users interact with our site

- MARKETING COMMUNICATION

● Support in creating and distributing compelling content for weekly newsletters, social media channels, and other marketing collaterals to build an engaged audience

● Make sure information and image correct and aligned with company’s guidelines 

● Manage company’s social media accounts and interact with followers

● Track and record performance of all marketing activities

● Contact & keep track of KOLs’ performance on social media

- COMMERCIAL

● Research new product trend, find new potential suppliers and support in purchasing 

● Assist in pricing, analyzing data to identify product categories of business growth.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior student or fresh graduate in Business or related field
• Have basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Have good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficiency in English 
• Have a laptop 
• Hard-working and can-do attitude
• Highly responsible and able to work independently to meet deadlines
• Strong desire to learn and willing to multitask and take initiative
