Job Brief: The commercial property market has returned to its growth trajectory from before the COVID-19 pandemic, with positive signals seen in the office and retail market. Specially, the retail space market is forecasted to grow strongly in 2023 with new investment of many foreign brands in Việt Nam. To keep pace with this growth, Savills Vietnam is seeking 1-2 dynamic graduates that we can train to be the next leaders in commercial real estate industry.
Many experts within Savills globally, and the real estate market in Vietnam have begun their real estate career in office/ retail leasing. This job provides fantastic access to a wide range of contacts, and invaluable bussiness skills. At this role, you will work with household names from overseas and from Vietnam, and be advising domestic corporates, multinational corporations, international organizations, embassies... on their office and retail space needs in Vietnam and helping them to find and secure this real estate.

Job Requirements
- This is a sales-focused role that you will be dealing at a very senior levels within the client company (CEO/ COO/ CFO) and the landlords to consult and advise on the lease transactions.
- You will be expected to be a professional advisor and sales focused to reach your own revenue targets and commissions.
Bonus:
- High earning from high-value leasing deal with the lease terms of 5-10 years; on average 500 – 1000sq m; at the top end of the office market.

- Salary: Basic gross salary VND 8,000,000 per moth with uncapped 15% commision on revenue with no hurdle. Review at Year 1 performance review.(Average revenue target: US$7,500 per month, approximately 250sq m Grade A Office space per month)
- Year 1 commission if on minimum target: ~US$14,000
- Year 1 commission; high-performing but very realistic: ~US$25,000
- Other: Bussiness travel; Insurance; 13th month salary; Annual leave; Phone allowance
- Uncapped Incentives. Besides, there is also an opportunity for you to move into more complex M&A and industrial/ land investment transactions once you have mastered the leasing and occupier market.
