We are seeking some Japanese Customer Support Agents (Full-time) to assist in providing email/call/Online chat customer support for our Japanese client. Customer Support is extremely important for us and we hope to manage a crypto platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information. You will be part of a fast-growing industry in Finance.
- Assist in answering questions, troubleshooting, replicating customer experiences, and escalating queries when required;
- Utilize the customer tool for users to answer questions;
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication via email/call or other support channels;
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
- Work with managers on the customer feedback.
Job Requirement:
- JLPT N3 certificate or above (required JLPT certificate or equivalent certificate);
- Good at English (able to communicate in English);
- Attention to detail and desire to learn;
- High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm;
- Have the spirit of teamwork, sharing assistance among employees, cooperate with the team leader, abide by the code of conduct;
- Good computer skills (familiar with MS Office & Google applications);
- Having good communication skills is an advantage;
- Being able to work during Public Holidays is required;
- 1-year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry will be a plus, but not required;
- Outstanding new graduates are also welcomed to apply;
- Positive about the crypto industry.
