Job Description

Complex Transaction Group (CTG) team sits in Deal Advisory practice and provide following services:

  • Project Management: We support the service teams of KPMG in managing complex transactions/projects which require the involvement of multi-disciplined teams or different teams in various jurisdictions.
  • Special Situation Group (“SSG”) services: The Special Situations Group (“SSG”) provides performance improvement solutions when it really matters. We help our clients to improve cash flow, profitability and the balance sheet or visibility into these areas in situations of growth, stress, distress and deals. We support our clients across a range of services including: Cost Optimization, Cash & Working Capital Optimization, Cash Flow Forecasting & Stabilization, Economic Profitability & Cost To Serve, Value Creation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist on rapid performance improvement projects across industries. 
  • Assist in project management of complex projects which require the involvement of a number of work streams across KPMG.
  • Conduct financial analysis and market research.
  • Support with PPT presentations across projects and deliverables.
  • Assist in preparation of proposals and business development materials.
  • Other tasks required by the performance manager.

Requirements
  • Final year student or fresh graduate with Bachelor degree in relevant subjects, e.g. accounting, finance, economics, law, investment, data science etc.
  • Analytically minded and possessing critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
  • Enthusiastic, demonstrate “can do” and “team working” attitude with an ability to learn quickly
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, speaking another language is a plus
  • Good researching skill and/or experience in consulting environment is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Available to work full-time in 6 months
