Intern of International Residential Sales

POSITION OVERVIEW: The International Residential Sales team focuses on both local and international target segments. With the in-depth market knowledge and experience, Savills has strong network with more than 250 local and international developers, and we are proud to be the leading agency middle & hi-end real estate market segment.

INTERNS' DUTIES:

• Update Client database by making cold calls and collecting business cards
• Assist staff members to make cold calls and sale calls
• Assist staff members to draft and prepare paper works such as proposal, letters, etc.
• Support the team to do the preparation work for any events
• Do other administration works

- Job qualifications:

• Intern FULL-TIME for 4 months (Sep - Dec 2022)

• Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Marketing/ Business/ Economics/ Finance/ Commerce/ Hospitality/ Foreign Languages/ or other related fields.

• Organised, confident, sociable, and driven.

• Interested and keen to know more about real estate.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
