- Job description:
- Provide assist to HR & Admin team in handling assignments;
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system;
- Perform data entry and scan documents;
- Perform HR functions, such as recruitment, sourcing, and screening of candidates;
- Develop and complete internal HR processes and documentation;
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
- Job Requirement:
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;
- You have a good command in English (French is a plus);
- You have a strong interest in HR administration;
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Capacity to multi-task and be flexible;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Enthusiastic, proactive and able to take the initiative.
