Job Description:
- Assist in handling principal contracts with customers
- Manage and send original contracts to relevant parties.
- Maintain legal records and ensure proper document storage.
- Assist with other routine legal administrative tasks as assigned.
- Other tasks from managers (if any)
Requirement:
- Law student (3rd year or above) or recent graduate from Hanoi Law University or Faculty of Law of NEU, FTU, TMU, etc.
- Basic understanding of contract law and corporate legal processes.
- Able to work fulltime is preferrable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
