[Hanoi] Education Helper

Full-time Hà Nội Up to 9.000.000 VNĐ/Month

Job description:

  • Support content development and delivery of the British Council Education team’s communications plan 
  • Support with stakeholder coordination and logistics arrangement for events 
  • Translate materials into Vietnamese/ English for external and internal use 
  • Provide general admin and logistics support for the British Council’s programmes, including document filing, sending mail, photocopying, drafting report, travel booking, etc.

Requirement:

  • Final-year or newly graduated students who can commit to a full-time position 
  • Good command of English and Vietnamese (Upper-Intermediate level and above). 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to demonstrate the British Council’s behaviours at essential level: Working together, Making things happen and Being Accountable (For details please refer to the British Council’s behaviours). 
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and attentive to details. 
  • Prior experience in content creation, event organisation, translation, and administration are preferred.

Benefits:

This is a non-employment position and a term-based hourly paid contract. Gross wages: VND45,000–VND60,000 per hour, together with experience of a dynamic working environment and career development opportunities.
