GIMO is exploring a completely new segment of FinTech – the development of Earned Wage Access (EWA) model. The concept is as simple as it sounds, allowing employees to get paid as they earn. By introducing it to Vietnam’s market and modifying the model to entail the needs of the majority of Vietnam’s population, we are hoping to change the lives of millions of underbanked workers who are experiencing daily financial struggles.

Key Responsibilities

· Track and analyze user characteristics, user behaviors to identify room to grow and propose the action plans accordingly.

· Support to operate marketing campaigns from planning, implementation, collect data,….

· Work with other teams to prepare paperwork for influencers, vendors,… (quotation, liquidation, payment,..)

· Engage and develop strong relationship/network with vendors/influencers

· Coordinating & supporting any other assigned topics on assortment & user growth.

Requirements

· Students with major in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics related major is preferred

· Strong communication skills (verbal and written);

· Strong project management/stakeholder management skill;

· Willingness to work hard and roll up sleeves to get work done, even if outside the job’s scope, with commitment to delivering results; can-do attitude;

· Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines;
