Export Sales Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview

We're currently seeking experienced and dedicated team members to join our export department and spearhead the expansion of our international market presence. As an Export Sales of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in cultivating the markets and delivering high-quality, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective LED lighting solutions to B2B customers worldwide.

PFC is currently establishing its Export team and is seeking for 01 dynamic and proactive Export Sales staff to develop our overseas markets.

Your tasks include but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our LED lighting product line into new international markets.

• Identify and prospect potential customers (especially B2B customers), distributors, and partners to expand our client base and increase market penetration.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

• Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including production, marketing, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyzes to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to LED lighting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business Economics, Logistics, or a related field.

• Passion for sales and business development, especially International B2B sales

• Prior experience in sales is preferred but not required

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Possessing basic knowledge about international business and logistics

• Degree from Foreign Trade University and National Economics University is preferred
