- Assist in DFT architecture design and implementation for ASIC/SoC designs.
- Support fault coverage analysis and debug low coverage issues.
- Collaborate with Design, Verification, and Physical Design teams to ensure DFT compliance and testability.
- Participate in DFT rule checks, netlist quality checks, and timing closure related to test logic.
- Assist in generating test patterns for manufacturing and validating them via simulation.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Final-year students who are about to graduate or recent graduates in the following majors: Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Digital Electronics, CMOS fundamentals and VLSI design concepts.
- GPA of 7.5/10 or higher.
- Good English proficiency.
- Eager to learn, good logical thinking skills.
- A good team player.
