Data Management (Tracking Center - Logistics)

- Job description:

• Air, Sea, inbound, and outbound tracking data/info search in the carrier's system

• Tracking data input to the Cello system (FIS/VMS)

• Communication with other branches operators (within Vietnam and overseas, if any)

• Operation job is conducted based on standard operation process(SOP) and logistics IT system (in-house developed system including FIS/VMS)

• Follow up and conduct relevant jobs: system input, tracking data management, info/data verification

• Report to group leader if any issue(technical, operational) occurs

• Daily check and update of tracking data

• Data input to in-house logistics system(FIS/VMS, etc) in order to secure timely and accurate tracking data management

• Understand the basic flow of current FIS outbound/inbound operation, govern data management task partly

• Support drafting materials in relation to data management

• Provide supportive data and information 

• Regular & spot report to Group Leader, if any

• Other jobs assigned by Group Leader

• Communication and co-work with branch level (operators)

- Job qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/ Import-Export/ International Business and open for fresh graduates

• Experience in logistics preferred (but not necessary)

• Int'l freight logistics operation knowledge (in/outbound) is preferred (but not necessary)

• Proficiency in computer and MS Office

• Intermediate in English (Written, Speaking, Reading)

• IT background (if any)

• Able to work under high pressure and frequent OT

• Proactive, creative, problem solving, and analytical skills
