Data Construction Specialist

- Job description:

• Develop knowledge of all relevant data sources within the SGR and within the SGR Corporate Credit Rating industry.
• Collect, combine, and test new data sources internally and externally to add value to SGR's database and reporting products.
• Build an automatic data update system from sources provided by data providers and standard input forms for updating unstructured data. This work will be done with the guidance of analysts.
• Use advanced statistical and analytical techniques to identify relationships and gain insight from corporate financials, industry metrics, and the overall economy.
• Make the findings from data analysis intuitive, dynamic, and easy to integrate with SGR's reporting products.
• Cooperate with other departments in the company to build a database and internal information system of the enterprise.

 - Job Requirement:

Graduate from a quantitative field (informationtechnology , Statistics, Mathematics, Science) or Banking and Finance with Data analysis experience.

• Having knowledge or experience in financial analysis, businessvaluation , credit approval.
• Proficient in statistical techniques.
• Good SQL/data manipulation skills are required, including data cleanup and management.
• Experience in integrating data from multiple data sources and combining data.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in data visualization and presentation.
• Proficient in MS Office.

- Experiences are considered advantages:

• Experience in a financial services organization.
• Solid understanding of economics & investment and financial markets.
• Proficient with Python statistics/machine learning packages such as scikit-learning, pandas, numpy, scipy, Matplotlib.
• Have knowledge of Machine Learning techniques.
• Presentation skills and experience in dealing with stakeholders.
• Eager to self-educate to keep up with the latest techniques, technologies and market trends.
