• To handle customs clearance process.
• To control cost from customs clearance supplier.
• To provide customs regulations to related parties (customer, agent, other department).

► Perform VNACCS and documentation work
• Collect necessary information for customs process (from customer, agent, etc); check all document and feedback if amendment needed.
• Input data into VNACCS system and officially submit data to General Department of VN Customs.
• Receive/send customs declaration timely to recipients.
• Keep update customs progress to related parties such as customer, other department in KWE or agent.

► Supervise supplier for physical work
• Supervise supplier during their work at local customs office, supervision customs & picking up at terminal.
• Verify and confirm arising cost.
• Solve/report incident if any.

► Advise customs regulations to concerned parties
• Consult customs procedure and regulation as requirement.
• Proactively update new regulations to sales team, C/S team, etc.

► Record data daily
• Daily record shipment details in the form


• Education: University’s degree related to economic; prefer customs field, international trade, freight forwarding.
• At least 1 year of experience related to customs or forwarding field.
• Proficient in Computer skills.
• Basic English skill in communicating by speaking, writing, listening and reading. Prefer candidate who is good at English/Japanese/Chinese/Korean
• Being able to work under high pressure.


• Working Place : TTC Building, No#19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
• Working time: 8:00 – 17:35 Mon-Fri (Close Sat & Sun)
• Labour contract term: 10 month-contract
• Net salary: 13 months a year plus annual performance bonus
• Insurance: 24 hours insurance, Social insurance at gross salary, Health Care insurance.
