Job Description
- Assist other team members with the execution of business development plans, and marketing communication projects and co-operate directly with project managers
- Assist supervisor with tasks related to the company's internal communication plan.
- Work with suppliers; customers and handle related paperwork…
- Translation - Interpretation: translate as well as prepare operational documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa
- Co - operate with other teams: Event, Creative, Marcom, Finance when requested
- Administration: assist and execute office tasks like partners/suppliers contacting, documents arranging and joint activities organizing.
- Other tasks when requested.
Requirements
- A creative mindset and good reasoning
- Observant and eager to learn
- A professional and positive attitude
- Good in analyzing and communicating
- Fluent in english (Speaking and writing)
- Can stand the agency work pressure and on deadline
- Master Microsoft Office softwares (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Can show up at the office 20 hours a week
