The Team

Business operations is the top team within Flowerstore. We hire only the very best to become internal consultants that help the organization grow and improve across all departments. “Biz Ops”, as we call them, get huge exposure to management and usually become managers themselves very early in their professional career.

- Responsibilities:

•  Assist Biz Ops associates to identify and create opportunities for developing business models, organizational design, and cross-functional initiatives to drive long-term business sustainability.
• Research and get in touch with potential partners / vendors.
• Perform market / competitor research 
• Coordinate with Operations team to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Biz Ops associates.

- Requirements:

• Last year university students or fresh graduates with major in Commerce / Engineering or related degree
• Experience in managing complex projects in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent decision making, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Balance attention to detail with swift execution – we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well.
• Grittiness: You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and address something hands-on.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
