Due to our Company's expansion, we are looking for 03 Air Export Documentation staff. The detailed Job Description as below:
- Prepare Air export documents.
- Issue the bill of lading based on the documents sent by the customer.
- Send P/A to the agent, bill of lading to customer after goods are delivered to the warehouse.
- Declare the shipment information on the airline's system.
- Key in the revenue, shipment costs into the internal system.
- Working in shifts at Duy Tan office and following the work assignment of the Department's Manager.
- Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Foreign Language/ Foreign Trade/ Finance..
- Having experience in Logistics, Forwarding, Supply chain is preferable.
- Freshers can be trained professionally.
- Good at English, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent in communication skill, negotiation skill and problem-solving skill.
