DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

CBRE seeks an intern for an interesting opportunity to support the work of the Shared Services Department.

  • Support in welcoming guest to the company and answer phone call, receiving/sending post mails daily
  • Update personnel profiles, input database.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reports on staff attendance.
  • Supporting in organizing documents, contracts in files and the flow of paperworks.
  • Purchase stationery, office equipment and office service monthly.
  • Support HR training events for newcomers (laptop arrangement, create User ID, email, welcoming new staffs) & other trainings for company staffs.
  • Complete general administrative tasks & support HR team on recruitment periods.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

CBRE internship programs are designed to provide a beneficial relationship between our company and university students, young graduates, post-graduate students. Internships are offered for 3 months and are renewable up to a maximum of 6 months. Our company offers interns an exceptional learning experience in an international organization and increases their awareness. The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:

  • Work full time from Monday to Friday
  • Senior student or newly – graduated in Human Resource program or related filed are welcome.
  • Experience is a plus (internship, volunteer, certificates…)
  • Hard-working, well-organized, enthusiastic and careful.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill and team work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel…)
  • Fluent oral and professional writing skills in English a must.
  • Willing to commit to the internship full-time period for at least 3 months.
