Digital Marketing Specialist

- Responsibilities:

Generally responsible for growing the website’s traffic and leads through organic and paid acquisition channels, including ads and email marketing:

1. Plan, develop and implement digital campaigns on all digital platforms (including but not limited to Video, Social, and Search (SEM)):

• Collate, analyze market insights, competitors’ campaigns/activities

• Manage digital campaign budgets and schedules for each campaign

• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and compare results to ROI and goals, providing monthly and weekly reports

2. Create and set up electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns:

• Set up and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes

• Own the setup, maintenance, copy, templates, and reports

• Perform regular A/B testing to improve conversion rates of landing pages, performance ads, emails

3. Work closely with other marketing members to build and develop social media activities

4. Closely coordinate with sales and customer service teams to have a better view of the market and frequently improve marketing activities (online & offline) and materials

5. Other activities:

• Support the team in the creative development of events, partnerships

• Support other marketing-related projects as assigned

- Job qualifications:

• Deep understanding of marketing principles, tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related majors

• Fluent in English in all skills

• At least 1 year of experience running Google Adwords

• Working knowledge of EDM marketing, Social Media channels

• Proficient in basic digital tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Managers, Google Search Console, and Facebook Analytics

• Logical outlook and a good sense of how to use numbers and data

• Good communication skills, intelligent, creative, and passionate about marketing work

• Responsible and can-do attitude

• Active in work, able to improvise flexibly, withstand pressure
