Job Descriptions

KPMG Delivery Centre  (KDC) is a shared service center in KPMG Vietnam which utilizes innovative, intelligent automation and state-of-the-art data processing and analysis technology to support KPMG’s Deal Tax and Legal, Audit and Consulting service teams at key steps of their client engagements. Through our specialized data processing KDC team, we aim to collaborate with engagement teams to improve their operational effectiveness.  

Currently, we are supporting the following main services for engagement teams:

• Audit Support Services:
  - ​Audit Confirmation
  - Internal Close Out Process
  - Financial Statements Casting
  - Data Processing
  - KPMG Clara and Advance Capabilities
  - Power BI application for improvements of audit quality
  - Staff Support Tax Support Services
  - Data Processing for Corporate Income Tax Compliance
  - Data Processing for Transfer Pricing-Form 01
  - Australian Tax Return (Form Fill)
• Tax Support Services:
  - Data Processing for Corporate Income Tax Compliance
  - Data Processing for Transfer Pricing-Form 01
  - Australian Tax Return (Form Fill)

Responsibilities

Perform Audit Support services mainly for Audit Confirmation and Year-end Stock Count services, including the main following responsibilities:

• Audit Confirmation services
  - Generate Audit Confirmations (“ACs”) via automated internal system and send soft copies to Audit Engagement Team
  - Receive authorized hard copy ACs from Audit Client or Audit Engagement Team and send to Addressees (“Responders”)
  - Follow up statuses of Audit Confirmations and perform Chasing Calls to encourage ACs returned
  - Receive replied hard copy ACs from Addressees (“Responders”) and upload into automated internal system
  - Assemble and archive returned audit confirmations
•  Year-end Stock Count services
  - Attend Year-end Stock Counts of Audit Clients to perform the relevant audit procedures as assigned and guided by Audit Engagement Team
  - Prepare the proper working papers as requested by Audit Engagement Team
• Other tasks required by Supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects, e.g. accounting, finance
• Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese
• The ability to apply an understanding of financial statements.
• Good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
• Details oriented and strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills
• Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
• Enthusiastic, demonstrate “can do” and “team working” attitude with an ability to learn quickly
