【Recruitment】
- Find potential candidates to provvide career consulting and inroducing suitable job with them
- Recommend candidate to sales side to introduce clients (Make recommendation letter)
- Interview candidates on behalf of clients
- Interview/Provide career consultation with candidates who registered our web site.
【Marketing】
- Participants event in university to promote our brand or clients's brand
- Support for buidling good relationship with universities
- Respond to inquiry from Vietnamese companies
【Sales Support】
- Contacting Vietnamese comapny and respond to inquiry from Vietnamese company
- Support for project such as job fair, mass recruitment , training
- Support for sales team such as being window of Vietnamese HR staffs, introducing service to local companies
- Good English skills
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Good at MS Office
- Japanese skills will be advantage
- Willing to work long term
- Cheerful and self motivated person
